Auburn Regional Center for Cancer Care utilizes an in-house billing office to bill for any medical procedures received at the Center. Once a month, after your insurance carrier(s) has been billed and payment from them has been received, a statement will be sent to your home for any remaining unpaid charges. You can also request an estimation of charges after your first consultation with the Medical Director. The estimate can be used to help you calculate your payment responsibility after your insurance carrier(s) has paid. Depending on your insurance carrier, you may be responsible for any immediate co-pays and deductibles due at the Center. An itemized statement of all charges related to your treatment will be sent to you at the end of your treatment period.
Any laboratory tests done at surrounding hospitals will be billed by the hospital and not by Auburn Regional Center for Cancer Care.
A financial counselor, located at the Center, is available to you and your family from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Feel free to call them at 253-333-2737 with any questions concerning your bill.
